For small town USA Elliott's treated me as though I was the only customer there. The store was very busy, however I was quickly greeted and helped. I had a small necklace and medallion I needed repaired. The polite young lady explained they would find a new ring to reattach the medallion and weld the ring closed to help reinforce the silver. The service was all in house, prompt, friendly, with small town talk about area towns, and events going on.
